ZHX Labs is a provider of digital products such as software, browser extensions, templates, and automation tools for users in Indonesia. This page explains the official terms and conditions for using all ZHX Labs products.

By accessing the website, purchasing, or using ZHX Labs digital products (software, extensions, templates, etc.), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License

Each digital product is granted a lifetime license for the number of devices/browsers specified in the purchased package. The license is non-transferable.

2. Payment

Payment is made manually via bank transfer or other agreed method. Upon verification, the license will be sent within 5–10 minutes.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the product does not function as described. Requests after 7 days will not be processed.

4. Updates & Support

All buyers receive free updates forever. Technical support is provided via email or WhatsApp according to package (Personal: best effort, Professional: priority response 24 hours).

5. Prohibited Use

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of products/licenses with third parties is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, code modification, or decompiling products is prohibited.
• Using products for illegal purposes or violating applicable Indonesian law is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as-is". ZHX Labs is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or business interruption resulting from product use.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the website or via email to customers.
