ZHX Labs is a provider of digital products in the form of software, browser extensions, templates, and automation tools for users in Indonesia. This page explains the official terms and conditions for using all ZHX Labs products.

These terms are compiled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

By accessing the website, purchasing, or using ZHX Labs digital products (software, extensions, templates, and other digital products), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License of Use

Each digital product is granted a License that is valid as long as the product is available and is not revoked due to a violation of these terms. The license is non-transferable.

2. Payment

Payment is made manually via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Once payment is verified, the license will be sent within 5-10 minutes.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the product does not function as described on the sales page and after technical support has been attempted.

4. Updates & Support

All buyers are entitled to free updates forever. Technical support is provided via email or WhatsApp according to the package (Personal: best effort, Professional: 24-hour priority response).

5. Prohibited Uses

• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the product/license with other parties is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, modifying the code, or decompiling the product is prohibited.
• Using the product for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws in Indonesia is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The product is provided “as-is”. ZHX Labs is not liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or business disruption resulting from the use of the product. Users are fully responsible for using the product in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All products, code, designs, and digital materials are the property of ZHX Labs and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the website or via email to customers.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation first.
